The studio will operate as a limited liability company (LLC) to protect the owner and allow for future growth My mission is to help clients feel confident and cared for through expert service, premium products, and exceptional customer experience. CANCELLATION POLICY
☆☆Client Policies☆☆ To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our policies before booking your appointment. ☆☆Appointments & Deposits☆☆ Appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service. ☆☆Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy☆☆ We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice please contact Tink. ☆☆Late Arrival Policy☆☆ Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, please contact Tink asap. ☆☆No-Show Policy☆☆ Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment before booking future appointments. ☆☆Guest Policy☆☆ Only clients receiving a service are permitted in the treatment or waiting area. Please do not bring additional guests unless they are scheduled for a service. ☆☆Minor Policy☆☆ Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent prior to receiving services. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian age 21 or older during the appointment. ☆☆Client Hygiene☆☆ Clients Must arrive clean and freshly showered before their appointment. Services may be declined if proper hygiene is not maintained. ☆☆Skin Conditions☆☆ Services may be refused if there are open wounds, sunburn, infections, active skin breakouts, rashes, or severe irritation in the treatment area. ☆☆Illness Policy☆☆ If you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of staff and other clients. ☆☆Right to Refuse Service☆☆ We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow our policies or behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner. ♡♡Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies.
